Hardly. Mexicans are North American as well as the predominantly white US and Canada. On the other side of that coin, for your consideration, Brazil is 47% white. Greeks and Russians are ethnically and culturally very different, even if both lumped together as "white."

You don’t wanna get semantic with “racism”. Black isn’t a race. Nor Jewish. Nor Chinese. Human is a race. Technically you can’t be racist against anything less than our entire species. In which case, I’m deeply racist.
