I feel much less threatened when I get ratio'd by conservative people than when I do by progressives. I blocked almost nobody this last ratio, whereas time before that I blocked everyone. I'm not totally sure why; I think I imagine right-leaning people have less power to hurt me?

But also maybe it's cause people were calling me a 'demon whore', which is half completely unrealistic and half accurate, whereas the liberal people call me a dogfucker, which is plausible for a human to do (as opposed to 'be a demon') and also bad in the scope of slander.

Your overthinking it again. Those people can’t have a civil intellectual discussion with someone who disagrees with them so, they resort to Weapon Ising words and adolescent name calling. Oh, and screaming at the top of their lungs.
