Weird how when Christians proselytize it gets called "colonization," but others purposefully trying to proselytize people out of Christianity are applauded.https://twitter.com/Aella_Girl/status/1279114964129603584 …
I used to be Christian. Like really, really Christian - I've memorized over 800 verses of the Bible and used to go to church 3 times a week. I have a really deep compassion for everyone I loved so much in that community. I want to give others the help I didn't have.

Going to church a bunch and memorizing the Bible does not a good Christian make. I suppose you didn't say a *good* Christian, just *really, really" Christian. Statements like this from former Christians always make me sad because it betrays a highly performative religious life.

If you had said at one point "I truly deeply in my soul loved Jesus" I would be a lot more affected by these kinds of statements. "I knew scripture" rings hollow considering so does Satan.
