No-one knows. There are many people who go around saying it's small, but the data on this is dreadful, since most who detransition don't make an appointment to say so but simply stop showing up.

It is my understanding that the majority (70%+) of young "trans" people grow out of it. The percentage of actual detransitioners is presumably much lower, but that's because of the strong selection effect. Lowering barriers for impulsive young people could radically increase it.

The problem is, people use the concepts of Gender Dysphoria (which is transient, in at least 90% of cases), and 'Being trans' interchangeably. And no one really knows how to delineate them. One's a condition and one's an innate identity. It may be nothing more than perspective.
