I know some people are sick of hearing this but this is my twitter account and I can say whatever I want, I don't care if it's "bad for my brand" or "damages my appeal" or "compromises my mission" or whatever – there's something ironic about that isn't it

I still remember on new years 2010 I wrote an annual reflection blogpost. I wrote things like, "my friends think I'm arrogant because I believe I can make a living without going to university"

I do it now. I make a living without going to uni. Someone laughed at my naivete & ignorance for saying "I'll make friends with uni professors outside of university & learn from their wisdom that way".

I went on to spend 10+ years trying to "unlearn my arrogance", to be a better listener, to focus on other people, to be a better person. I worked really fucking hard at it. A lot of this is not visible. You don't see the hundreds (1000s?) of people who've DM'd me over the years
