I voted yes because studying anything should be allowed, but "race" is just a synonym for a bunch of different biological differences anyway. It is not absolute.

Acceptable? Studying just about anything is acceptable. Worthwhile? Probably not. Race is a self-description, how is a researcher meant to meaningfully draw conclusions from such a nebulous concept?

It's probably acceptable to kick dead horses but it tends to be frowned upon for all sorts of reasons but at the very least kicking it over and over again isn't going to give you any insight into how it lived, how it died, and isn't going to tell you about its "intelligence"

What difference would it make? Would anyone use the results to give the races that were deemed less intelligent more resources to make up the difference? Otherwise, I don't see a point
