I'm also kind of mad that you told everyone to lock down. It feels cowardly. It reminds me of times I felt deserted by rationalists when I needed help and support, and I hated it. I think rationalists need more loyalty and testosterone.

I get that. But, I am not retreating. I am furious and I have been burning through backchannels all day and thinking very hard about what kinds of asymmetric tactics are likely to be necessary and effective.
