Revolutions often overthrow horrible things and get replaced with more horrible things.
I deeply support the tearing down of current norms, and am also absolutely terrified at the new norms.

I got kicked from what I thought was a reasonable fb group for very gently disagreeing with others. I'm seeing other groups posting stuff that makes me believe they'd ban me too if I shared how I view the world. Things are getting way more hostile.

That’s a perfectly reasonable stance, but it should have been applied yeas/decades ago if the goal was to prevent what we are seeing now. Making that statement at this point in the game is beyond pointless.
