I didn't get that argument at all from her post. I think she believes that autistic people are at a higher risk of inaccurately being interpreted 'trans', not that it makes them inherently unfit to consent or that they have no sense of self.
I don’t think there’s enough info in Rowling’s post to judge it just on its own. It has to be taken in context of very common gender critical commentary on autistic teens and gender dysphoria.
