I have trouble gaining weight, but would like to put on about 10 pounds. Does anyone have good strategies to gain weight for someone who hates thinking about food?

It's hard for me to understand hating thinking about food. I like your writing. Have you written about your disdain for food?

no i think it's not that interesting. I just am not motivated by food very much and thinking about it (deciding what to eat, going through the motions of squiring food) is the most boring thing I never want to do
