I feel like the privilege concept was effective in getting everyone to agree minorities have disadvantages. We used to argue about that now it feels like we all accept that and argue whether whites have privilege

We all have a spectrum of privilege and liabilities. Typically they aren't the result of personal volition, or at least many of them aren't. What matters is how you use your privilege and how you cope with liabilities, whether you exploit others or not
