I have trouble gaining weight, but would like to put on about 10 pounds. Does anyone have good strategies to gain weight for someone who hates thinking about food?
Also had to ditch lactose due to acne. My solution has been to cut out simple carbs and eating lots of slow-cooked grass-fed lamb. When I do eat carbs, I try to combine with fat & protein to lower the glycemic index. Sulphites also trigger inflammation for me.
