I have trouble gaining weight, but would like to put on about 10 pounds. Does anyone have good strategies to gain weight for someone who hates thinking about food?

It kind of depends on if you're a person who is more likely to skip dinner or breakfast but if you eat often enough that you never get into ketosis, even overnight, then that works. Also, I'm assuming you want to gain fat
