I have trouble gaining weight, but would like to put on about 10 pounds. Does anyone have good strategies to gain weight for someone who hates thinking about food?

A few people are saying eat right before sleeping - does this make you convert more of it to fat or something?

protein shakes, mix with whole milk. Eat your usual diet and tack a few of those on top

I used to drink a lot of whole milk for the fat content but eventually switched to oat milk once I realized it was exacerbating my acne.

You don't need to think about food, just eat it.
More calories in per day than out . It's pretty much that simple.

no i think it's not that interesting. I just am not motivated by food very much and thinking about it (deciding what to eat, going through the motions of squiring food) is the most boring thing I never want to do
