Behold, my new nose! Collapsed nostril fixed, cartilage support placed below my short nasal bones, and crookedness straightened out.
Swelling will take many more weeks to go down so this is puffier than the finale, but here it is!

Can't really tell yet. They just removed the splints (which didn't let me breathe at all) an hour ago, and I can't blow my nose and it's still swollen, so no idea yet.
