It's a combination of being in sex work for so long and seeing what affects income, and having had some friends for a while who only really dated hot chicks

Totally. An ex of mine got a nose job and looks way too... "default beauty" now.
My opinion of course. Still respect her decision. I also don't really dislike larger noses all that much.

And often they don't realize the women in those photos often have had work done. (E.g. Courtney Love had nose plastic surgery at a young age)
