So good. I love this. Look at the guy's weight change at around 2:14 as he rotates. I'd use that as an example for learning how to hold weight when walking.

Yes? Like he could have decided in a split second to freeze or change his direction at any point during that series of steps and it wouldn't have interrupted him at all. His weight was highly centered at each moment.
