I would support it as a trial run, to see how it works, but my guess is that shit would be closed down real quick. I would be up to nothing but no good in a place like that.

All I can think of is a group waltzing in, taking it over and either enslaving any other inhabitants still there or using it as some sort of base of operations. Until another group sieges them out and takes over.

Regulation and deregulation are entirely equivalent. The question is simply who will enforce the rule. If someone is murdered on deregulated grounds - the perpetrator will still be pursued.
