I need to see a picture of a "sexy" high wasted pant, because I'm so put off by them that I can't imagine it. Like, they can only be sexy on a woman who is so sexy that the whole package is sexy despite the pants. Or maybe you really meant medium wasted?

As a female I think that highwaisted pants are much more comfortable fitting than lowwaisted. But that's my personal opinion

All depends on conditioning, fashion, craft, fit, usually elegance, difference are more interesting than one style

I am male I said low waisted. I asked my partner, she said “it depends. High waisted if jeans low waisted if leather cuz you can see the hips” and I realized females think about this in a lot more detail/nuance than dudes.
