AFAIK there's a whole bunch of things made up of both parts you can change with your mind and parts you can't
and AFAIK the only distinguishing test is to change your mind and then see what remains the same, but it's got a poor false negative rate as a test.

It’s funny, in three of the 2nd set of pics I’m actively seeking out sunlight - literally sticking my head out of the window for two of them (R). In the first set, there’s sunlight (L) but I’m averse to it. It makes me uncomfortable. Same haircut & fresh shave, complete diff vibe
