Close friend. We used to do a lot of acid. The way he behaved – sensationalising; being certain of things he had minimum info about; lying to create drama – reminds me precisely of the media. It's like knowing the world through the lens of a psychotic.

I have never read a definition of a mental breakdown that was good enough for me to know one when I see it, either in fiction or real life. The concept is blurry to me. Unsure how to vote as a result.
