I'm less familiar with Uncle Tom in actual usage, but isn't Chad usually a positive thing? Like flattery? I think I'm okay with positive sexism. I also don't know what Stan means.

I've considered that the term might be harmful to people named Karen, but I don't see how it hurts women in general. Care to elaborate?

honestly i'm not sure. It feels like a gut/emotional reaction for me, and I'm interpreting it somehow as woman-targeted. I don't mean that people who use that meme are sexist, just it gives me the impression of 'people don't like women' a bit
