I ask a lot of questions but don't go into my beliefs too often. Here's a summary of my positions on some controversial things:
* worker's unions are probably bad
* body dysphoria is real and trans people should be able to transition as treatment
*stereotypes are based on truth

I mean there's loads to go through but chronologically I guess, by body dysphoria being 'real' what do you mean? And do you mean you think it is a mental illness?

As in, body dysphoria is an actual thing that people have.
I sort of don't care if we call it a mental illness or not? That seems really irrelevant to me. We're discussing the thing itself, not the label.

I’m curious about the tax thing. Are taxes always bad? Do you believe they are fully unnecessary? Personally I have trouble imagining a version of a working society where taxes aren’t part of the mix. What are your thoughts?

I believe a working society will necessarily have some bad things in order to function. I believe taxes are always bad, but sometimes necessary. I believe that they are far less necessary than we currently have set up, and they could be minimized to a tiny fraction.
