I just had this about anger. I forgot that I used to be super confused about how to express it-

Before you said it, I was going to say anger. Cool. With me it happened at age 42-43. Coincident to starting SSRI for depression.

Obviously you change rapidly when you are younger, but as an adult I've learned to be able to go with the flow way more.

This is how I felt things were going in life, until hubris broke the veil of irresponsibility.
I'm very anxious of what I may be neglecting. Problem management isn't the same to me as problem removal.
