Whenever I hear people saying they have a "right to free x service" I imagine them holding a gun to the person who has to do the work to provide them that service.

I assume you've heard of the concept of "positive rights" and "negative rights"?

I won't bother femsplaining it to you, then. Hadn't heard the terms until semi-recently and was very excited to have words to describe something that, until that moment, had been quite abstract to me.
