There are lots and lots of different jobs out there. Find a better one, that you like more, for reasons. No matter how hard you wish, the stigma around sex work will never go away. Much like, as you observed, the gender binary.

Maybe you’ll have to get a job that allows for less free time - but you’ll also not have to deal with the stigma surrounding sex work, and your thinking will be taken more seriously. Which do you value more?
-

Anyone worth a damn will continue to take you seriously regardless of whether you do sex work or not, Aella. Unfortunately this world is full of stupid people with horrible coping mechanisms who will continue to lash out at everything outside their emotional comfort zone.
