Is there any service where you send them dimensions and they cut wood and send it to you for a reasonable price? I can't seem to find one through google.

I mostly want to construct custom furniture, so... Im not sure which kind of wood, I'd want to peruse the options.

You need a top-grade hardwood for furniture, oak mostly. It would be prohibitively expensive for you to order each piece cut to order.

I don't think so; some of the stuff I've wanted is just basic support that will be concealed under other things.
