I have "tested" multiple times as an INTJ, but I don't know how much substance one can place in a non-formal online test you take yourself with a built-in bias. Do you consider yourself a nihilist to a certain degree?

you should study it! There's good info on cognitive functions that make up MBTI; i also recommend Please Understand Me II. Some people have also written type-specific books. Internet testing alone is not a good way to figure out your type.
