If autism--schizophrenia is a brain spectrum, and psychedelics push your brain in the schizophrenia direction, does that mean autists have a "better" or more normalizing effects from taking them?
I don't have any good data sets. Anecdotally it seems like autistic people report reduced effects from LSD, at least outwardly. I am likely closer to the 'autism' side of the spectrum and handled serious regular use of LSD without going insane. I always wonder if it's related.
