Yes because the difference between the sexes is physical with the male sex more or less invariably having greater brute strength than the female etc. Aggressive impulses aren't sex dependent but how they manifest is I agree.

I don't think so , only how they manifest . Passive aggression for eg is meant to be more common in females than males.
