It's not wrong. I absolutely do not believe this is wrong. I am autistic, asking other people their opinions, and the results of which are a strong pro-autistic argument. I will use this poll in the future when I'm arguing against people who want to cure autism.

Hm. if that was your goal - your execution resulted in insulting a lot of other autistic people. I get that youre interested in others opinions (so am I - got a whole dang degree in anth for it) but this is just not the way to go about this type of poll

I understand they feel insulted, but my poll was straightforward and they decided to interpret in a way that led to that sensation of insult. This is unfortunate, but I'm not going to change basic, straightforward questions because some people feel hurt by them.

I would suggest looking into reasearch methodology/bias in public polls and the problems with the kind of phrasing you used. Still think you should take the results and delete it before more damage is caused to people who misinterpret it
