fucking hell. I did a series of these polls - this poll feels like an *extremely good argument* that autism should be preserved, if people with autism are statistically much less likely to push the button. I'm autistic and the results feel like a strong argument for autism.

They didn't earlier. When I replied the most popular was the third option, hence my unhappiness. Since then it has simply reaffirmed that a lot of non-autistic people are pretty grim.

It isn't, mostly because it depends upon an implied intention that is not purely egoistical. It may be true, but as a selling point it's fairly easy to disarm.
