Firstly let’s set aside the eugenics for a second & address something glaring - thats a fake & damaging theory - nobody ‘becomes’ autistic after birth, i do not deny that reactions to things can result in reversible symptoms similar to autism but crucially - they’re not autism

I was just trying to cover my bases after people in my mentions on other polls were being nitpicky. I agree autism is something you're born with. I would not be surprised if environmental factors played into the strength of symptoms in certain cases.

i don't know why anyone would choose no, tbh. it's a very tough, isolating, sometimes crippling thing to have. why wouldn't you want to prevent someone from going through that?
