We need more attractive people willing to be the face of polyamory, to help with polyamory's PR problem. @sentientist and @primalpoly are two great examples - we need more of them. Can we make a hot poly people dating app?

Polyamory isn’t for me tbh. I’m generally not a jealous type, but I draw the line at another man being intimate with my wife. I find it difficult to understand how people in such relationships manage jealousy, insecurities etc. Must take a very mentally strong person.

i've been poly for a long time, and it is a learning process. with one partner, I started off feeling *intense*, almost sickening jealousy when he was with other women, but over the course of 4-6 months it weakened until it completely went away.

Sort of neither? I've had other relationships that felt like I did a bit of the above, but with the one I'm describing, it was mostly like... my hindbrain slowly realized that actually him having sex with other people *didn't* mean he was gonna leave me.

It's really hard to tell. I think that reaction makes more "sense" in a world where I'm at pregnancy risk and need a man's support. I also was raised in a world where 100% of media I saw actively encouraged sexual jealousy, so who knows.
