I do this frequently with books and knives. Or, if i notice a friend likes something along those lines that I don't have a duplicate of, but it is a relatively cheap object, I'll just order a second one and give that one to them while I wait for the replacement.

I know it's silly, but I just did that with a Mr Rogers Funko Pop. Buddy of mine saw the one I had and loved it, I just happened to have an extra one(ordered 2 on accident) in my closet, so I gave it to them.
