I don't think I've fully caught up to the fact I have a lot of followers on twitter. I treat this similarly to talking to my friends, but more and more I'm getting interactions from a different demographic of people than the one who originally started following me.

I don't really know how to handle it. People are less charitable and expect more from my tweets, and I'm feeling less room to just wordvomit, as is typically my preferred method. This is really weird and idk if I should update or not.

you also might get a lot of mileage out of changing your profile pic (maybe to something more abstract / artsy), i think right now it reads as e-girl in a way that sets up a particular expectation that doesn't obviously seem like what you want; at some point it'll be too late tho

oh geez. The bluecheck is useful for things that are unrelated to the quality of my mentions. I could change the profile pic yes, maybe I'll give it a shot and see what happens

So, most images I like don't really work well when shrunken into tiny thumbnail - i tested a bunch of art i enjoy. Human shapes are the most recognizeable; will probably stick to a photo of me until I can get a more abstract human shape I like
