It's funny, to my wife's American family and friends we are probably the same ethnicity (white). But to my Israeli folk we are clearly very different (Ashkenazi and Northern European).

race? yes, I live in Brazil, it is a racial party there.
people from other countries? yes, carnival was only 1 month and half ago.
both race and culture foreign? no, I never dated Indians.

I’ve dated Black and Asian women for time frames longer than this, and though friends with some ME women, never ended up dating. Realizing I don’t run into a normal amount of Latina women.
