ok I think the thing about genderpeople that *actually* bothers me is that I feel not allowed to use my own gender framework around them. I honestly don't give a shit how they present, how deviant from gender norms they are, whether they wear makeup or a boy cut. (1/6)
so I'm down to use whatever my conversational partner prefers, though if I'm gonna be talking publicly I want something a bit more precise; pro-gender is confusing cause it could easily be construed to mean people who really want gender roles.

re-reading through this thread you were referring to transgender people as genderpeople, call them trans/transgender, that's the standard term.
