It is important to use an emancipatory research model, which you can read a bit more about here. You need to consider if this research benefits sex workers, have SW been involved in the design of the research & does this reinforce stigma?

If it helps at all, I'm self trained (used funds earned through sex work to help have people who work in the field teach me stuff about statistics and data processing) and do not come at all from any large corporation or system. I'm 100% tiny and independent.
