What do you mean by "end up"? If it'll shut the city down for months but actually improve it in the long term (say by convincing leaders to make more pedestrian spaces), which one is that?

Funny, last time you asked that I feared that there would be a lot more deaths than I believe there will be now but it's still moderately bad. Just now it's mostly about what we have to do to prevent those deaths.
