was not helpful; I told them the issue and that I tested it with a spare account, and they just treated it like an issue with my spare account - "this is probably a mismatch with payment info" despite i told them it was a chronic problem with *everyone* who tried.
I opened a support request with them yesterday, no answer yet. I also created a new account to see if it was related to my account, same thing happened.
I'm just afraid that everyone who subscribes to me is gonna have to put in a support request and wait a week in order to actually have success with my account
