Google is giving me all the numbers except the one I want - about how fast is coronavirus multiplying? As in; if a community has 100 cases on day 1, how many will it have on day 2?

Worldometers has all the curves you want, you can fit them yourself. The overall "cases outside china" curve has been pretty consistently doubling every four days or so worldometers.info/coronavirus/
