Got LASIK 1 week ago; they did not tell me it was important to wear sunglasses after surgery, and if I don't it can lead to permanent haze and glare. I didn't wear sunglasses after surgery; I currently have pretty bad glare (tho still normal 1 week in). How fucked am I?

if the risk is from UV radiation from the sun, the the car windows block UV, so you shouldn’t be worried about that.
