How does minimum wage not affect third parties? It's existence (or absence) has a verifiable impact on economy, which impacts pretty much everyone, doesn't it?

I mean you could say this about most things? If we regulated consenting adults like... buying food on Sundays then we'd also see a verifiable impact on the economy, which would impact everyone. If you regulate actions on small scale it'll always have ripple effects.
