Yes. I think the trouble with this litter thought experiment is that one could consent to work forever for someone else without further pay beyond the agreement amount, but then want to retract consent later. Where does that fall in "clearly consenting" for this question?

Mentioned this above, but disagree. If you're consenting to work, it's not slavery. Slavery would be continuing to force you to contract away future ability to revoke consent.
