I'm getting LASIK today, but am nervous because I get vasovagal syncope when my eyes are touched and it is NOT fun. Can people say encouraging things (or has has anybody else with eye-induced vasovagal syncope gone through LASIK and can tell me how it was?)

Had it literally yesterday and my doctor's gave me vallium before hand because a lot of people get understandably very anxious. I think it was quite intense but because your eyes are numb you aren't aware they are being touched, which might help in your case.

I did it! They gave me a double dose of valium but i still had a proper freakout. I got through it though!
