I relate to this so much! And it’s a serious problem for me. I hired a wonderful secretary for a while but it didn’t go down well in my professional community. My biggest phobia is inboxes full of people who care about me or want to pay me...wtf is wrong with me? 🤨

I know!! I've lost out on a lot of money and opportunity due to my... phobia? anxiety? whatever it is. I literally will avoid opening a message where I just need to "accept a payment."

Nope I think only part of that comment registered with me. Can you have your assistant filter things for you? So that you might be able to open things that they think won’t trigger whatever that is?

This is a problem with modern messaging systems. We can be super connected in ways that were unimaginable before. Not responding in the way people expect it is a problem. I'm opposite, too much enthusiasm that eventually annoys people. Learning to tone it down has been difficult

Interesting, I was suffering from the same thing, looking at basic texting like a chore (to be procrastinated and forgotten) but after my 1.5 experiences with psychedelics that went out of the window, and I can now answer messages from work without stressing too much. I
