The "problem" is that she's got a bizarre and ahistoric view of morality and pokes around the basis of only certain specific prohibitions that can't be justified on that basis. She undermines the consensus about the things she pokes.

Of course the problem is the disconnect between the conscious basis for morality that everyone has and actual basis; the unspoken consensus is that the bizarre and ahistoric one is right. The second problem is what she chooses to poke at.
