Libertarian socialism which is actually pretty close to way Noam Chompsky talks about anarchy-syndicalism. Socialism is just an economic system, everyone conflates it with an oppressive political system.

Can't recommend enough Ursula K Le Guin's book The Dispossessed, which depicts (among many other things) a low-tech futuristic libertarian socialist (specifically anarcho-syndicalist) society in a visceral, nuanced, and non-utopian light.
