Hot take: Jeans are bad and you're brainwashed into liking them. I quit wearing jeans around six years ago; after I got adjusted out of them, I realized they're actually incredibly uncomfortable fabric. Kinda like how soda tastes bad after you haven't had it for a long time.

Jeans are like monogamy; they're everywhere, accepted as a quiet default, are a really good fit for some people but actually mildly uncomfortable for most people and most people are lying to themselves about liking it because there's strong cultural incentive not to change

I knew I was polyamorous the second I learned what it was, at the age of 19, when I'd had only one sexual partner.

I suspect for most of us, sex triggers insecurity and jealousy if the person has sex with anybody else, which is encouraged culturally but is ultimately unhealthy, particularly in this world where pregnancy is usually a choice.

I refuse to consider norms that encourage restricting a partner's behavior - even in situations where it literally doesn't affect you - as having anything to do with love.

I don't care if people don't want to hoe around. I care if people place restrictions on other people. I personally am extremely polyamorous and my partners fuck a lot of people but I rarely have sex with ppl besides my partner because I don't feel like it.
